Meditation Immersion Course March 23-24 SATTVA School, Edmonton

This course is developed to align your body, breath and mind to the practice of meditation. You will learn techniques to strengthen your awareness, and to guide you naturally into a meditative state so you will come away with the benefits of a lifelong meditation practice. Learn how to navigate your life with more ease, improve your overall mental and emotional health and experience a clearer mind.

We will be joined by guest presenter and registered psychologist, Nicola Fortin who will discuss meditation from a scientific perspective and share insight into the neurology of the brain and how it is impacted by our thinking, behaviours and feelings.
